Each piece is handmade with great care, ensuring our products fit and look well and last for long. As our materials are natural, they can have some differences in their color, shape, size.
Understanding that, if you’re unhappy with your selection, we accept returns that comply with our policy within 10 days of delivery, and exchanges within 30 days.
If you decide you wish to make a return or exchange, please notify us at flor@alzalavista.cl, specifying your order number and the product (name, sku and color) you want to return or exchange.
Returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unused. All tags must be attached and the packaging must be in its original condition. You will have to bear the shipping cost of the garment you want to return or exchange.
Place the item in the original shipping box or a secure, solid carton box. You can return the item with a carrier of your choice. We recommend that you request a tracking number so that the carrier can refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery.
Please confirm with us before sending the package. As we are moving from different places in Europe, we will look to find the most convenient one.
Upon receipt, we will send the right item as soon as possible and provide a new tracking number, in the case of an exchange.
In the case of a refund, these typically take 3-5 business days to process from the date we receive the item. We will refund the value of the item in your original form of payment. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
You will be notified via email once the refund has taken place.
Please note that your banking institution may take a few additional days to process this transaction and credit it to your account.
